RETURN & EXCHANGE

We hope you love your items as much as we do. However, if you need to make a return or exchange for any reason, please review the following guidelines:

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within14 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and free from damage, stains, or signs of wear.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original order confirmation email or receipt must be included.

  • Tracking information for the return package must be provided.

  • Photos/videos of the item showing its condition are required.

  • Unboxing videos/photos are optional but highly recommended to support claims of damage or incorrect items.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

 

For Domestic Returns (Indonesia):

  1. Contact us at contact@studio-dua.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Once approved, send the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service.

  3. We will provide return instructions specific to your country.

  4. Share the tracking details with us.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Customers are responsible for Domestic/international return shipping costs.

Any customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY FOR INCORRECT, FAULTY, OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@studio-dua.com with your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund once the claim is verified.

  • Unboxing videos/photos are highly recommended to expedite the claim process.

REFUND POLICY:

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective, or damaged, we will issue a refund. (Note: Original shipping costs will not be refunded.)

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you decide you no longer want the item after purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund:

Contact us at contact@studio-dua.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue or reason for the refund request

  • Photos or videos of any damage, faults, or incorrect items

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.

REFUND METHOD:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired credit card), a store credit may be offered for future purchases.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
