Studio Dua offers free worldwide shipping through our trusted partner DHL Express. Every order is packed with care and shipped directly from Indonesia, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Packages include tracking and typically arrive within 1–3 business days to major cities.

We currently ship worldwide (except where restricted):

We currently do not ship to destinations under international sanctions or active conflict zones, including but not limited to:
- Russia
- Belarus
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Yemen
- Sudan
- Afghanistan
Any region currently affected by war or civil unrest or extreme political instability. If a customer insists on delivery to a restricted country, Studio Dua may agree to proceed only if DHL currently services that destination.
In such cases:
- The shipment will be sent entirely at the customer’s own risk
- The customer assumes full responsibility for all risks related to customs delays, political restrictions, local disruptions, loss, or non-delivery
- No returns, refunds, exchanges, or claims will be accepted under any circumstance
- Studio Dua disclaims all liability once the package is handed over to DHL.
SHIPPING RATES
Studio Dua offers free shipping within Indonesia and free worldwide shipping on orders above USD 200 for smaller international orders, a flat rate applies at checkout, and local customs or import taxes may still apply.
HANDLING & PACKAGING
Each order is carefully packaged for international delivery in collaboration with DHL Express, ensuring secure transit from our studio in Bali to your doorstep.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUITES
DHL may contact you prior to delivery to arrange any customs payments required in your country.
To estimate import duties in advance, you may use DHL MyGTS.
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts (e.g. incorrect address, unavailable recipient), Studio Dua reserves the right to:
- Deduct all return shipping fees, and
- Deduct any re-importation charges to Indonesia
from the original order value before issuing any store credit. If the customer requests the item to be shipped again, all new shipping costs and any outstanding customs fees from the first attempt must be paid in advance.
SUSTAINABLE SHIPPING
All Studio Dua shipments are delivered via DHL GoGreen, a certified carbon-neutral shipping program.
Through this initiative, DHL offsets the environmental impact of each delivery by investing in verified climate protection projects, at no additional cost to you.
